Shipping policy

 

Delivery times 

North Island - expected delivery is within 1-2 business days. 

South Island - expected delivery is within 1-3 business days. 

Rural delivery takes a little longer – expect delivery within 3-6 business days. 

All parcels are sent via tracked courier. You will receive email confirmation of your order with a tracking number. If there are any delays, please contact us at hello@pinkpond.co.nz and we will follow it up. 

 

International shipping 

We are only shipping to our friends in Australia for now but hoping to ship further in the near future. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
