Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on orders $120 and over! (New Zealand and Australia only)

We have $10.00 flat rate shipping within all of New Zealand, and $15.00 untracked or $20.00 tracked to Australia.

Delivery times 

North Island – expected delivery is within 1-2 business days. 
South Island – expected delivery is within 1-3 business days. 
Rural delivery takes a little longer – expect delivery within 3-6 business days. 
Australia – expected delivery is within 5-10 business days.

All parcels are sent via tracked courier New Zealand Post. You will receive email confirmation of your order with a tracking number. If there are any delays, please contact us at hello@pinkpond.co.nz and we will follow it up. 

Local pick up

Yes, we do offer a pick up option for our local pals! Please use the code LOCALPALS at checkout to remove the delivery fee, we will be in touch once your order is ready for pick up.
