Returns
Once a tracking number has been allocated, you are not able to cancel your order. We go to great efforts to check your products thoroughly for any faults before it is sent out to you, therefore do not accept returns. We offer plenty of detail to describe our candle scents, and have samples available so please choose carefully.
Damaged items
If the item is damaged during transit, please email us at hello@pinkpond.co.nz and attach photo proof. We will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. Please note this is case by case.
